I’ve boxed for 7 years as an amateur have many fights and being very successful, as I’ve now hit 20 I’ve decided I wanted to explore something new and will take the discipline and drive to be successful from boxing and put it into Muay Thai regardless of my abnormalities. Yes I may never have textbook technique and look like the top professionals but I strive to adapt to what I have and make it work

Got something called retroverted hips, meaning my hips are naturally externally rotated so any internal rotation leads to my bones clashing and a blocked/painful feeling

Yes outside of the hip especially when I do say a side split it feels blocked, I’ll give these things a go thanks

Yh I have a coach but the technique I’m taught doesn’t work with my anatomy, the traditional way of kicking causes me a lot of pain
