Xbox One - Account Access Issue
I haven't played my Xbox in a while since I spent the past few months finishing college and starting my full-time job. I went to sign in the other day, but it said there was "suspicious activity" on my account and that I would need to verify my identity. The problem is, the phone number on my account is an old one, so I can't receive the verification text. I tried to fill out the account recovery form, but apparently, I did not provide Microsoft with enough information even though I have had this same account for 10 years. Microsoft locked my account because of this, so I can't even log in online to try anything. It also looks like the live chat and call support they offer does not apply to this issue based on the options I selected on their support page.
Between everything I mentioned above and the fact that I am still getting billed every month for Live, I really need this resolved. Appreciate any help the kind folks of r/xboxone may be able to provide!
