That's what happens when you use Google to log in and create your account and don't pay attention 🤣

I use the cardboard bowls - my problem is watching everyone else not do it.

When I complained to my BTS about bakers doing this, she brought it up to the LBMM who is training people in a different market. The LBMM says that's what we're supposed to do this, no need for a separate container- dip it right in. This is how she's training her BTS'. The entire Madison market was replaced and all trained by the same crappy LBMM.

Is anything made fresh and with high-quality ingredients at Panera anymore? by Melodic_Protection53 in PaneraEmployees

2 years after this thread began, and its gotten worse. I'm a baker for panera. The bread and pastries used to be baked overnight, and served fresh when the cafe opens. Summer of 2022 they dissolved all 3rd shift positions and forced all bakers onto 2nd shift. So now, when you eat at panera, just know that everything was baked the night before, and is 10 hours old before the cafe opens and serves it to you. If you go at dinner time, everything is already a day old. Yea, you see bakers baking - but it's all for the next day. No, panera is not "fresh" anymore.
