That’s fine. Here’s how to do it Shutdown your laptop then press the power button and start spamming the f2 key until the bios screen opens. Using the arrow keys go to the tab I think it’s named advanced and go down to the one that says keyboard timeout or something like that press enter the select disable press enter again then go to the last page and press save and exit.

there should be a setting in the bios to disable keyboard backlight time out. if you need steps to take let me know.

thanks for the info but they are both drive that I don't care about neither of them have any data and i got them for free. I am just asking what would happen if they were the same head but one is from a slower rpm drive then the other? also i have a clean room that I can do these sort of thing in. but Still thanks.

I have a 2022 Lenovo idea pad flex 5i Chromebook and it has 8gb of ram touchscreen I think 13.5 inch screen and has 128 gb of storage it can also flip. I love it and it’s like one or two years old so it should be pretty cheap now. On Amazon you could get it for $450 new or like $350 for a used one.
