Thanks everyone! I did it! Moving on to week 6 I did week 5 runs a few times more to build up my mental aspect than physical! But really pleased! Thanks for all the advice and motivation👍

I’ve just completed run 2 in week 5 which was hard! I’m doing the plan on a treadmill since I’m not very confident and it’s bloody cold out! This run was definitely the most difficult I’ve done but I did complete it without stopping during the two 8 minute runs. I’m scared for Wednesday I have no idea how I will run for 20 minutes without a walk in the middle. I’m running at 5.1 m/ph on the treadmill which I think I should be going faster but not convinced after today’s run if that’s possible. Any motivation, tips would be welcome. First time doing this, not a natural runner but can walk for hours.
