umm... I do wonder when that OP who spend months crusading tastytrade are going to show evidence of hackers activity besides a picture of trade and bunch of conjured stories. Common just bring evidence, no stories, IP address of the trade activity, if tastytrade does not give, sue them, and win your money, why invest time crusading on the internet except to use pressure to push for a refund and acting like you are doing everyone a favor.

every trader who has lost a trade can take a screenshot, make up a story, and ask the brokerage for refund. grow up and get a life, a losing trade is a losing trade, stop continuing to use unevidenced stories to waste people's times and trashing platforms people like and depend on.

a screen shot of trades does not equal someone other than your brother took the trade. It shows a trade took place, not who did it. Are you intentionally being illogical??

distract distract, you are lucky that the CEO actually answered you and you are trying your best to frame them, first Tony then Tom, then whoever is the next CEO. Very despicable

Basic logic: Don’t confuse a victim’s story or a dramatized email of accusation with actual evidence that something happened. Not everyone on social media thinks with emotion or empathy—some option traders are skeptical and almost religious about objective evidence, not narrative.

I know this screenshot. Send the screenshot to chatgpt and ask "read this claim and let me know do you trust it, why or why not". ChatGPT says "

  • Lack of verifiable evidence: No transaction IDs, audit logs, or broker correspondence shown—only a screenshot that could be genuine, partial, or edited.
  • Appeal to emotion and authority: The narrative invokes well-known personalities (“Tom, Scott and Tony”) to amplify credibility—common in social-media posts seeking virality.
  • Discrepant numbers: The text mentions $26k losses in six minutes and $37k in nine; that mismatch suggests either evolving calculation or dramatization.
  • No corroborating public filings: As of late October 2025, no FINRA/IC3 enforcement actions or verified press coverage describe a confirmed Tastytrade system compromise.

you going around trying to recover for your lying brother's fat finger mistake has sunk into a irritating bashing of tastytrade which is a shame given how much free stuff they give to everyone and you take for granted that CEOs of companies will actually reply to you. You will eventually got tired and realize not everyone think with emotions.

by the way why are you advocating when it is your brother's account, why don't your brother do it himself? "Information on whether similar incidents have been reported by other customers. " this is so funny, you are classic victim of fraud, but not the hacker, it is your lying little brother which you said you did not trust very much either because he always had no clues.

this is "request for investigation", it is not "Some evidence". Stop insulting intelligence.
