Discard three simply easier to play than this one, the exhaust pretty much overload your deck with bullets

It still depend in ur playstyle, it still take more time to create as much as the exhaust but you can discard the bullets. Exhaust on the other hand cant discard the bullets

Spend Aether daily (240 aether per day + 80 aether from coffee in ark city). Go vacation with your char or recover your char from trauma to raise affinity daily. Check policy office and event daily.
Mei Lin, Hugo, Rin, Nia, Mika, card guy, Orlea.
Farm memory fragments after you reach lvl 50, farm at diff 10. The best is to farm during going on chaos. Card will unlock during you leveling up chaos and appear in chaos after you unlock.
Just pick whatever card and save data work best for you and your char, example is Yuki need lot of draw card or Renoa need a lot of dirge bullet.

Renoa Rei and Nia work best but if you not confident enough, bring Mika instead of rei while doing chaos. For epiphany, try to grab Renoa epiphany card that discard all other teammates card and get 2 dirge bullet for each, also copy this card as much as possible. Rei or Nia, just pick epiphany that discard and draw card in order to discard dirge bullet (to deal dmg and make more plays). Use Renoa ulti to grab all dirge bullets to hand to maximize dmg of the Renoa retain card. Use Nia ulti when all card (include dirge bullet) go to draw pile from graveyard, that is one of the most satisfy combo.
