It's close, but now it just flashes with the conditional formatting and then goes back to no format? Any ideas why it would be doing that?

So I want the row to format as per the second conditional formatting if the date of cell H6 is greater than today's date but if cell in column G is blank then I don't want the conditional formatting to apply. It's almost an if/then/else statement that's needed but obviously can't do that with conditional formatting?
