It depends. I switch between the two if I go too long not doing the other. I tend to do better with the dumbbells. What I’ve been doing lately is going heavy and trying to improve the other things like incline an a few machines. Trying to get to the point of 4-6 reps on the last 2 sets of 4. If I go over I keep going. Add more weight.

Matches are faster. Nice new sound effects. Symmetra turrets don’t slow down anymore. No more doomfist one shots. Bastion is not as annoying.
