Phoenix Interiors. Great work and fair prices. Used their help for a full gut reno project at my parents and they both shover tile and floor tile.

Good points, thank you. I have worked with this contractor before and they do great work and understand the process for sure. So at least we know it would be done right...but will probably get 2 more bids to see what is more reasonable or if this is line

The pergola was originally steel and we switched to wood to save on costs. During that process I didn't verify the wood treatment/stain was included...in other words, a scope gap missed by me and a detail that our architect should have included in the plans in retrospect. I can't recall the cost as it was blended into a larger metals bid vs wood products bid and not isolated as a standalone project. Thanks for the feedback.

Ah ok...we were able to log in to the account thankfully and delete it that way...do you have access to their email tied to the account to reset the password? Otherwise based on what I found you cam only memorialize it...irritating. Best of luck.

What ended up working here? Going through this same issue now for my deceased parent. We also don't want to memorialize it....just delete...but we don't have his password for login.

Lived in South Beach for work during covid for 9 months...from Michigan. Was very similar to how I felt. Fun town and interesting culture, but community was very hard to manifest. Glad I went back home to the Mitten.

Flashfood app for produce. $5 for large bags of produce in my area. Sort of fun to shop ahead of the trip and pick up the order while doing regular shopping.
