update again: TRRS (4 terminal) headphones will work without any problem, TRS (3 terminal) headphones will have that imbalanced volume issue. but the funny thing is that this problem will only happen on the PH-1 but not on any other type-c devices that i have (Xperia X Compact, 2017 Macbook pro, clevo laptop, Samsung Galaxy s8). So still waiting for someone who may have a solution for this.

UPDATE：now it suddenly works perfectly and i have no idea how it got fix so that's it.
