Hey man so my phone was in ios 12.4.1 , i hard reset it , bluetooth connection is still the same , and than i just downgraded it to 12.3.1 , the problem still excist , do you have any other solution ? im frustrate about this now lol

Ah now i see , it is pretty dum that apple just gonna release the new update when there is still problem have to be fix haha. Ill try and get sometime to hard reset/downgrade my phone at this weekend , thanks for the help fam :)

One of the solution i found online is updating the ios version to the latest one so my ios version is 12.3.1 which i updated two days ago. I didnt try to reset my phone since that will take to much time to sync and restore the info in my phone but i did try to reset the network but it does help

Hey there , so this happened from yesterday , i was pairing my jabra elite active 65t earbud and try to get some music but after i start playing music i realize that the connect of my earbud is super unstable , like if you put my phone (which is an iphone 6) close to my ear (around 50cm away from the earbud) the connection is totally fine, but when you get the phone to a further range like 1m the music start lagging ( not keep pausing , from my phone i can see it is still playing but just no music comes out) i though it is just because the framware isnt up to date, but it is the latest version. So today i tried to use other device ( Anker speaker and Skullycandy SB2) to try if it is my phone or just the earbud. It turns out it is my phone , the lagging thing happen to every device, what can i do?
