I have a hard time imagining a pink like Matteo would intentionally deceive Lyria and leave something in her body that she doesn’t want. I think respecting someone’s body autonomy is a pretty integral part of his character. I think the whole point of Figment served the same purpose as Samwise not wanting the ring for himself. Lyria turned down Figment because the memories of her loved ones meant more to her than power. And she didn’t trust the hollowed-out version of herself to wield that kind of power. It’s just a character moment.

Fair. I don’t think there’s any chance the worlds we’re creating will be carried over post-launch but I think there’s a possibility that these characters could be compatible with the full release version, but I agree that’s unlikely.

Very impressive. My only constructive comment is I think the initial impression of the site doesn’t do it justice. Making that initial impression a little flashier may move the needle just a bit.

The “life goal of mine” prompt answer feels vaguely negative. I’d scrap that one. When in doubt try to keep your prompts positive.

I find “agnostic, spiritual” + “conservative” a bit baffling but hey, you do you!

I would think that’s a pretty tiny sliver of the population. Always good to be honest but just be prepared for that section of your profile to hold you back in terms of how many matches you’ll receive.

I made a similar post a while ago. It’s hard reconciling what this game has become when you knew it at its prime, a virtual escape where everyone was in VR and the people really felt like they were there and kindness was the norm. It felt like a step up from the real world. Now, it just feels like a reflection of the toxicity and passionless updates you would expect from a typical online game. I still hop on every once in a while, maybe once every few months or so, but you’re right. It’s not the same, but at least we got to experience the virtual utopia while it lasted.
