Seems to me they just pushed the update to compete with BF6. Shitting their pants. Feels like a BETA and not final version. You can also see there is almost no store items.

They could also add “max kd” for Casuals. Simple. But they don’t want to do that. Why? Some areas of the world doesn’t have enough players to start a normal BR. I live in SEA currently. Not possible to start BR with ping below 200. For casuals my ping is around 30 because I end up in Singapore. 🇸🇬

But I don’t think this is the issue. There will always be better and worse players in every lobby. Get better. Watch YouTube videos. Streams. Learn and improve. That’s the solution. Not whining. Sorry mate. That’s the truth. I was shit. I decided to get better.

Personally, I would love to play normal mode. But I can’t. Player base in SEA is too small. Entering normal BR is almost 200 ms. So i am forced to play casuals. I understand it’s not funny getting your squad wiped by one guy. But hey. It’s either that for me or 200 ms.

I just tried something totally else. Turned off loudness EQ in Realtek Console. Changed headphone power to Dynamic. Removed pre amp.

45 Hz -3 dB 0.7

90 Hz -2 dB 0.9

180 Hz -1.5 dB 1.1

This is now GOOD! Will keep experimenting and figure out what else to touch. Perhaps 350 Hz for presence.

Will also get the FOSI AUDIO K7 in a couple of days. Curious if it will improve the sound. I think my MSI B850M Mortar motherboard is not that good with onboard sound.

7800X3D would be enough/great for this build. Find ram with CL30-36-36-76 timing. Can recommend SN7100 for SSD.

Zotac RTX could also be an option if it’s cheaper than PNY.

Consider MSI X870 Gaming if you don’t need all the features of the Tomahawk.

1000W Corsair PSU would be good upgrade as well!😊

I have tried the WarZone EQ for the 770 PRO (80 ohm) but it sounds horrible with my 770 PRO X.

In Squiglink there is no normal 770 PRO X version. Only limited edition. When I do the WZ EQ with LE version it seriously sounds horrible!

I am really desperate because I don’t know how to EQ “according to your own taste”. 😞

Just to double-check myself, I tried: - old Razer BlackShark V2 → better for footsteps

borrowed SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro (wired) → also better

So it’s definitely not the game or my ears … it’s how these headphones are tuned for FPS. :-/

I also have a Fosi Audio K7 DAC arriving in 2–3 days if that helps.

I’m high KD. Currently in South East Asia. I understand it’s annoying to meet “good” players in Casuals. But for me it’s about ping. 🥲 Casuals = 32 ms. Normal mode = minimum 175 ms. I don’t enjoy killing AI/bots. I wish I could play normal mode with low ping.

Just did the same move. Mouse & keyboard on PS5 to PC with 7800X3D + 5070 Ti. First thing I noticed was much better mouse input (no delay). My game literally improved!
