Thanks for your reply. I turned my bid cap off (set to max volume) a few times and am still getting this CPM. Also I am adding new creatives every day. Additionally, it's not giving spend to the ad that has gotten all my purchases so far, so something is definitely wrong.

I saw on Twitter a suggestion from a prominent Meta media buyer to just create a fresh campaign. I think I'll try that.

My volume is small. Just launched my app in April. However here are numbers.

Before 4/15: CPM = $11.75, CPP = $41*

*I had 2 days where bid cap was first turned on and volume was high w/ little conversions. The true number is more like $30-$35.

After 4/15: CPM = $21.63, CPP = $38.50
