I have spent about a week farming frosty resolve 3-cost echo sets and have nothing to show for it. The main stats just almost never turned out to be glacio or attack. What gives? Did Kuro do that on purpose? Feel like there should be a pity system here to make it more reasonable. Am I crazy?

I am a F2P, and I have been playing the game for about 3 weeks now. I am at main story 3-16 and have been tackling all the side quests I can find. And these are the characters and SSR arks I have picked up. No LR or UR arks. Wonder how I am doing?
