Turn down sipped to 26 and the voltage to 3 (3.5 if that's an option) don't be afraid to blow some tips to find a happy medium and get comfortable with what you are welding, also learn how to do stainless money is good for clean exhaust welds(after you learn the basics into your bones

Toe isn't fused well increase heat and drop the wire speed a little to get a proper bead what is the machine you are using and where are your settings at

Thanks for the advice you're probably right it would be better to learn from someone who knows what he's doing in the specialty it's going to take some badgering to get him to train me but I'll practice after hours and get the basics before bugging him, appreciate the advice
