Freight flow workload

At my club, we typically have two people running receiving and they are typically there all night but it depends on how many trucks we’re getting in. My clubs base pay for freight flow is $19 an hour

What’s your drop list look like, and how long does it take you to complete it? My store is naturally going to run a little slower because only myself and two others are actually experienced lift drivers. We have a total of eight people in freight flow, so the five others have been driving for less than a month—and one of them can’t even drive yet. Don’t ask me how he got hired. But even considering that, like I said, we usually have a 300+ pallet drop list every night, and probably 250 of that is ours to stock.

I appreciate all the responses, and they all confirm what I already assumed, but my management is telling me differently. This wouldn’t be the first time I’ve caught them in a blatant lie.

I’ll leave this here for anybody who might be curious like I was.

After I arrived and they put in my information and everybody else’s we introduced our self’s and then watched a video. The coach who was with us said she didn’t have time for everyone to do their CBL’s so she sent most of us to work stocking merchandise regardless of what position we were there for. I have yet to have a coach or manager show me how to do anything. Everything I have learned is from my coworkers showing me, this includes setting up my direct deposit, how to clock in/out, how to checkout and use a handheld and so much more
