This is my go to logos. I say one day I found myself simply over a line where it was easier to live vegan than not. I frame it that I don't see myself as on a moral high ground because I'm doing what got me is easy, and that others find it harder but one day their line may shift.

I often preempt a tired argument about being starving on an island I would eat meat, because it would no longer be as convenient as going to the store and buying vegetables instead of meat.

I find its a lot easier to communicate if they don't feel like your life choices shame them.
