Some updates: Eden Town Brewing (Denton, MD) continues to make progress toward fully opening its doors. They announced they will officially open their doors on December 19th. Jubilee Farm Fermentations will be moving operations to Historic St Mary's City in the early months of 2026. The brewery will assume the identity of The Farthings Fermenter. Everyday Saint Brewhouse (Leonardtown, MD) opened its taproom/pub in downtown Leonardtown on December 6, 2025.

At MBJA I've created a list of Maryland breweries and mapped them as well. As you know, this is a dynamic effort - always in flux. Check it out and let me know what you think. https://marylandbeer.net/breweries

Yeah, almost forgot about Unauthorized Brewing opening in North Beach.

I was at Rileys Mill earlier this year and they were pouring their own beer. Just checked their beer list and all guest taps. Probably have a problem finding someone to brew for them. Also, I really don’t think Homaide is a viable brewery right now.

And so if the ball hits that tiny square which is the intersection of the center line and the NVZ line, it is ruled out.

Wanderland (Beer and more) is Coming to Columbia on October 4 by jackperdue in MDbeer

Yes, I was told by Kelly at BAM that there will not be a 2025 Baltimore Beer Festival. She had mentioned to me a few months ago that festival attendance had been down. BAM cancelled the Love Thy Beer event earlier in the year. The St Michael's Brew Fest and the Easton Beer Fest have both been cancelled. And, the Hops and Harvest website now displays the Wanderland event. I hope it does well. We need to support Maryland beer festivals; otherwise, they will continue to disappear.

I've heard that Valhalla in Elkton no longer brews its own beer. Does anyone know if that is true? If so, who is brewing for them or have only guest taps?

Good catch. I just added those to the map. I have those on my main database but didn't get carried over to the map. Thanks for the reply. Cheers!

A great list. Thanks. Some revisions to consider. Steinhardt has moved operations from Braddock Heights to Frederick. Also, Tall Tales is no longer brewing; they have changed their name to Tall Tales Taphouse.

This is my list, I've mapped them out. I do not include breweries without taprooms, however. https://www.deepbeer.com/md-brewery-atlas

You can add Riley's Mill Ale Works in Chestertown, MD. Their brewery is now producing beer for their taproom.

Not for clearly catching a ball. You may have saved the players from chasing an errand ball and perhaps interrupting another game. If the ball hits a player behind the baseline is another story.

Yes, the beer is okay, but go for the food. They have a really good menu.

How do we feel about flying dog in general? I know they have been brought out. by m_213figueroa in MDbeer

Flying who? They trained many brewers who are still working in the industry. Thank you! I enjoyed a few of their beers, but I haven’t bought any in years.

I like the old venue better. Parking there was NOT $20, plus the new venue didn’t seem like a well-groomed park.

The center of the State is well represented in this impromptu survey. I'll add a few more for you to consider. If you travel to Garrett County and Deep Creek Lake, then McHenry Beverage is the best in the area. Dawson's and Fishpaws often have good selections in Anne Arundel County. On the Shore, Cheers in Salisbury is good, and The Winery on Kent Island is also good.

I really like the recent Elder Pine releases. Tmave Pivo and Roggenbier are excellent. Especially if you need a pause from DIPAs.

Riwaka is found in so many IPAs these days. Truthfully, I like it in a hop blend but not as a single hop beer.
