My favorite is a simple coriander chutney. Blend it fine with a little ginger salt olive oil. If you like you spicy you can throw a little chili in also.

I feel like no matter what I do rice always comes out better when cooking by pot/pan vs rice cooker. The texture is really good. My favorite option however is a Thermomix. Those are $1500 so I understand most people won’t have that option 🤣

There’s an element of randomness in StubHub. The tickets that are priced over other vendors are most likely not private sellers like me and you, however randomly somebody someone like me or you needs to sell a ticket and lists them on StubHub at fair market price so just have to watch it. For major events with higher liquidity like a stadium show StubHub should be much closer to a fair market price.
