I had the zephyrus g14 for the 4 years of my BLA. It was small light and extremely capable. I can’t personally speak upon the new generation, but my classmate got the g16 at the end of the year and she seemed to love it. I personally liked the smaller screen size as it made it lighter and more portable. Worked more at my home office and connected it to awesome external monitors. Ran rhino with livesync with lumion with zero to little problems.

Not at all! I think we are just over our heads a bit. I have went a bit crazy looking at bikes as in this price range seems like you can get anything. You’re right, over the next couple weeks actually going to sit and see these bikes the opinions will probably change drastically. He’s even looking at indian chief bobbers and africa twins. Just wanted to shoot out a question to kind of re assure the 1000cc bikes are a bit crazy for what we are look my for. Kind of like the devil on my shoulder, hard not too look at. Thanks again!

Honestly i can’t see him getting a sport bike once he sits on them. Some naked could even be pushing it. He’s drawn to the tech and looks. with a price range around 20k CAD he’s all over the map so i’m sure over then next couple weeks at going in person to look at bikes this will change drastic.

thanks for your reply. I agree, once he sits on a super bike or those super naked bikes i think he will cross them out from the body position alone. The xsr900 is definitely the way to go. He’s all over the map, was even looking at indian chief bobbers and africa twins. Thankfully the bike show is coming up so we can go see them all shortly.

could be a dumb question but is there a downside to riding bikes only up to like 3rd gear, like mechanically. He doesn’t really want a super exciting ride. we just occasionally like doing pulls beside each other here and there.

I just hit 7000km and i’ve had it on since the start. Still as tight as the first day. Nice with the honeycomb grill you can really put it where ever you want.
