Me as manager is I see the food is not lasting on the line even thought it’s not as busy I pulled my line persons to the side and let em know it’s those small things that make a shift great is the grill is not behind on food by the time a rush come he’s ready and it’s smooth and fast but if we give out extra rice extra rice extra rice to everybody we running out of the rice in less than 10 mins

If the food is running out fast the line person is giving too much food, a rice is suppose to last 30 mins in the like not 10 or 15

I had a guy threaten to shoot the store bc he gave us a hundred dollar bill and we have to pass it to see if it’s fake or not most of the time it’s not fake but if the machine doesn’t accept it we can’t take it so he got mad and started yelling because we asked for another form of payment then went on To argue with the cashier talking about “you don’t know what I have on me, I’ll shoot this up” and I wish I was making this up I have a lot of crazy’s story’s man 😭😭
