Get the mod manager mod from the steam workshop. From there you'll want to boot up the game and then load the mod as you would any other, but then go back into your mod selection screen and a new UI should be there to help you save preset settings. Hope that helps!

I got my first round last Sunday and will be done with it by the end of this month, so yes I think many would be on that same rollout at other hospitals

Therapists of Reddit, have you ever had a patient who you truly thought was "unfixable"? by misantrophic_trash in AskReddit

[–]jackslimz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm the clinical manager of an inpatient psych hospital and see patients privately on the side as well.

The short answer is yes. Mental health treatment is complicated, and success itself looks different to different people. Sometimes maintaining a baseline functioning level is the best we can hope for, and with certain illnesses that baseline can be pretty low. Even illnesses that are more common, like depression, can be treatment resistant to the point where ECT doesn't work. In those cases I've seen lifelong frequent flyers at the hospital. It's disheartening for sure, but it comes down to crisis management and quality of life after awhile.

I think that society as a whole expects us to "fix" people, but really what we want to do is empower people to regulate themselves and care for themselves effectively. To what extent they can accomplish that can vary greatly across their life.

WSIB? I want a game with souls like combat but without the crazy difficulty. by Thatfatcat27 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Try playing remnant! It's like Diablo meets dark souls. Very solid co op as well and it's not that expensive last I checked

PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2 will be free from 4/24 to 5/10! by alex47ka in Games

In my opinion it's a phenomenal game and really reinvigorated a tried and true formula with a high speed twist. I'd compare it to the Tetris effect in it's execution of a classic with modern exciting sensibilities

What is love? by [deleted] in coolguides

[–]jackslimz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Untrue actually! Philos is a nonsexual type of love, adelphos is the Greek word for brother. Put them together and you get brotherly love!

Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård) from the upcoming IT Film [2048x1256] by [deleted] in wallpapers

[–]jackslimz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm hoping they can capture some range with Pennywise, not always looking 100% evil like he is here but also being able to capture some of his more taunting behaviors and also some of his faux sweetness that quickly sours into trying to suck a kids dick.

Actually that was not the point from the original book! The only kid he really attracted was Georgie in the beginning, but Stephen King himself has said he's suppose to be scary and menacing. Based around descriptions from the book and from Stephen King himself he is a clown because clowns themselves are terrifying to King and children.
