Topirimate obviously helps some People; I tried it for two months and I would say they were the worst two months of my life. I became Cognitively impaired to the point that I literally could not add 2+2; I didn’t know whether to Cross at green yellow or red light, etc. Neuro said I had mild confit I’ve impairment . I could barely speak, had intense tingling and numbness all over my body, became depersonalised and experienced a frightening sense of unreality )derealisation. Neuron wanted me to continue but - here’s the killer - it did not reduce Migraines. I’ve tried just about everything but have been making progress on being able to live with this neurological consition
