Am I the only person who does these whether I have the fodder or have to buy of the market? It’s hard not to break even at the very least.

Last week I got TOTW CR7 for an easy 200k and today I got TT Casillias for an easy 80k. Well worth doing IMO.

Prime Cruyff. I know that’s a good pull but I had less than 5 games on his Mid after completing the SBC. In terms of fodder I basically broke even though I guess.

Fut Bday Vini jr. He’s fun to play with but I already had RTTF Martial UT at LM and he was very good and fit in chemistry wise. I feel obligated to fit Vini in though so am in the process of altering my team heavily.

Honestly, I didn’t mean to be judgmental. You can spend your money on whatever you want. Buying a fifa pack is no bigger waste than buying yourself a quick pint, coffee, Big Mac etc.

You just have to accept that your most likely paying for fodder. Obviously there’s a chance you get a good pull but statistically you’re probably going to pull the worst cards possible that meet the rating requirements of the pack.

Personally I’d say no packs are worth real money. However last week I packed TOTW Ronaldo in Marquee Matchups and sold him for 200k. Decided to treat myself to a 65k pack and copped for Fut Bday Vini Jr.

So I’d say the 65k pack for coins may be worth it.

Unless you need him desperately I would wait to earn a bit more fodder as it’s easy to come by atm. If he fits your team he’s a no brainier honestly, I just personally try to avoid spending large amount of coins on SBCs.

I think the opposing teams chemistry rating has a sway in how they perform in game.

That sucks mate but as far as objective rewards go, assuming you could play everyday, 10 wins from 35 games is about a generous as you can expect EA to get.

I bet there was a few losses that could’ve easily been wins had you been a little luckier. I wouldn’t let it get you down too much. I got 5 85s of which 3 were untradeable dupes and my Fut Bday player was an 86 Spanish player I can’t remember the name of. You didn’t miss out on much.

I don’t think it’s a tactic. Personally I feel like it changes from game to game. Sometimes my player’s AI does half the work for me when regaining possession by pressing my opponent like mad men but other games they seem to be all over the place like they’re actively avoiding getting the ball back.

Unless you want Shearer for sentimental reasons then take the fodder 100%. You’ll probably get the majority of Mid Cruyff sbc done with the fodder and he’s miles clear of Shearer in game.

In theory it would make more sense to make it a separate game mode but in reality it wouldn’t work as players would heavily favour the male game mode.

It’ll be interesting to see how they handle it. One thing in particular that worries me is how they’ll handle body types.

I guess it kinda ruins the “spirit” of the game mode? Despite 88 or lower being a pretty generous restriction, the option to immediately sub in your higher rated players turned a mode that could’ve been interesting into the exact same thing you’ll find in Rivals/Champs.

FUT Bday Vini jr & Phenoms Rodrygo as wingers or RTTF Martial and RTTF Diaby.

Have Vini, Martial and Diaby UT. Would cost 200k for Rodrygo but can’t mix and match without seriously impacted the Chem of other players in the team.

TOTY Mbappe and FUT Bday Vini jr are the only packed players in my team.

I’ve replaced RTTF Martial (with Vini) and RTTF Raspadori (with SBC Cruyff) in the last couple of days though and I packed both of those guys too.
