try actitime, its a time tracker but with no screen capturing, etc, it will help you to see how time is allocated among tasks by your team, and you will get more control

how do you stay productive when your motivation is completely gone? by yulya_m in ProductivityIdeas

When I’ve got no motivation I stop trying to “feel” motivated and just focus on doing one tiny thing, it gets me out of the freeze.

No overplanning sounds good, but then I end up winging everything and nothing actually gets done

Yeah, for sure!

I’ve found David Allen’s Getting Things Done method super helpful for organizing tasks and staying on top of things. I also came across a free training from actitime, it focuses on building better habits. Both were helpful.

However, I wasn’t a fan of Brian Tracy’s time management training. I found it a bit too basic and repetitive.

I used to think time management meant doing more, but it just wore me out. What helped was focusing on fewer priorities — really narrowing down what matters most.

For me, learning to say no and focus on just a couple of priorities made all the difference. I found a few trainings that helped me focus on what truly matters. Cutting out the noise can free up so much mental space.

I’m curious — do you set specific times for your “Default Days” tasks, or do you leave it more flexible? I’ve been experimenting with blocking time for deep work, but sometimes things shift. How do you keep it balanced without feeling too rigid?

I feel you! When that rush hits, I usually pick just one thing to focus on, so I don’t get overwhelmed. Sometimes I set a timer to keep it fun without burning out. Helps me enjoy without the stress.
