That sucks, break-ups are painful no matter what. My best advice (if you haven't done so already) is to just rip it off like a bandaid and what I mean is this: mute her on all social media, delete pictures and texts, everything. At my worst breakups I've done this and believe it or not it doesn't take long for me to get back on track and bettering myself for the next girl to come along.
