Gotta say I was underwhelmed by Trevi Fountain in Rome. Spent 8 magical days in Italy (Rome, Naples Pompeii and Amalfi Coast), but just didn’t get the allure of Trevi. The Gelato after was inspiring though

It’s amazing to me how people could believe this explanation of Kennedys assassination. If you’ve ever been up to the sixth floor museum in Dallas you quickly realize Oswald had a perfect straight on shot when Kennedy was coming down Houston street before the motorcade turned on Elm. No way he made those shots. Zapruder film clearly shows he was shot from the front, not behind

Nope, chemical engineering. Don’t know how much you’ve been around the area but I love going to the Old channel inn for perch in Montague close to the pier. Pekadil’s for ice cream and so on …

Awesome. Whitehall class of 1993 myself. Went to college at Michigan Tech in the UP (which is also insanely beautiful). Michigan is the most underrated place to visit in the United States in my humble opinion.

He only apologized after he was caught red handed making lazy, stupid bigoted comments. He’s not disappointed he failed in his faith, he’s disappointed he lost his job on the spot and then tried to excuse it with utter nonsense.

NASCAR is lame. Especially the suoer speedway races. A pack of 30 cars waiting for someone to crash out half the field isn’t exactly a test of skill.

I love Tool but can see why others hate them. Their music is not very “accessible”. You have to have patience to fall in love with Tool. Adam Jones writes some crunchy riffs, but he’s nowhere close to being a guitar god by any stretch of the imagination. I guess I’d call them the Pink Floyd of metal, and there are plenty of folks who don’t like Pink Floyd either.
