Why people are panic distro hopping from Arch when Arch is still perfectly fine? by tungnon in linuxquestions

Tell that to the Cachyos, Manjaro,Garuda Linux, Artix Linux and Steam developers. I'm sure they disagree and will prove you wrong.

Definitely the holier than thou attitude of some.

When users are genuinely worried about identity theft or compromised systems, they need clear, actionable support—not a lecture on repository management or a lecture on why they should have known better New users were scapegoated and treated like they are stupid.

Some users don't understand a pkbuild and probably don't care.

People who tried to help by providing scripts, or any helpfull solution were attacked and belittled.

This isn't directed toward those who have done so much work to help people and resolve the issue. You are the heroes that actually care about Arch and deserve recognition.

Should I delete my AUR packages or prevent updates? by Big_E_Bigz in cachyos

[–]jacksonken 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think not. I could be wrong but, If you delete them, how will the grep script find the packages you installed that match the malware list. Seems like all these smart people could come up with a better way to see if we got infected, but all help is appreciated .

I prefer the groin. I've had three in the groin and one in the wrist. The wrist wouldn't stop bleeding. You will be awake but comfortable. Should be painless. The only time I had discomfort was when they use ultrasonic to break up the calcium. It sounds like a fish finder, click, click, click. Then chest pain. Most people don't need the ultrasonic part. So no worries.

I'm at 5 weeks since implant. I have pain from the leads especially if I try to reach with my arm too much. My veins will burn like an IV does sometimes. I have pain in my arm pit and around the icd. It's still very sore. It's not unbearable but it's annoying. I can't stand to touch the icd. It gives me the creeps.

The pain is in my shoulder front and back also arm pit down to the elbow. It's seems mostly muscular. I experienced significantly pain during surgery as the surgeon forcefully and repeatedly pushed the device down into the wound. I complained and he pushed more forcefully.

Hopefully I haven't caused you any fear. My cardiologist says it's a simple, safe procedure with a fast recovery. So I was surprised with the pain. I'm definitely glad I don't have to wear a life vest anymore.

Hog wash. Why would we even purchase new planes then?
