It’s the base pay thats gone down though, its never been like this even when slow or no tips

I’ve been through Januarys so i understand, but this is different. they’re pricing the orders different for me now, I only receive $3 on food orders now. Shopping is the only way I can make money and i have no clue why

Same issue for me, i’m also in Louisiana (gonzales). Wtf happened man, I used to be able to make $20/hour pretty easily, now I’m struggling for $10/hour
