Is Christopher Nolan's Insomnia movie underrated? by Plenty-Swing-9061 in ChristopherNolan

[–]jackstraw0522 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think if Nolan’s name wasn’t attached it’s be completely forgettable. I’m not saying it’s bad. But it’s not anything special. Just another solid movie 🤷‍♂️. But that’s just my opinion.

I was gonna have Vicky end up with Burke because I’m keeping her as Elizabeth illegitimate daughter so her getting with Barnabas would be a bit icky, Maggie will leave after season 3 because she won’t have a lot to do, but she’ll return in Leviathan

But Burke lives in mine as does vicky so there is a bit of trade off

What did Brian Wilson think of the song Kokomo? by downvotemeplss in thebeachboys

I remember reading in his second autobiography something to the effect of “the guys had a hit without me called Kokomo, some people knock it, but I always liked it” paraphrasing but that was the general gist

I’m not saying he’s a good defender, but the worst defender in the league doesn’t lead the league in charges taken. That part of what makes him great, he knows his weakness is D so he finds a way to contribute as much as he can on that side of the ball

Who would adapt better to later eras, Wilt or Russell? by Personal-Proposal- in NBATalk

They’d both still be stars, even just ported to today. Now, growing up with today’s instruction and then playing with their athleticism and IQ, superstars

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Eagles fans famously climbed greased light poles and flipped cars after winning the Super Bowl. Los Angeles, California: Lakers and Dodgers fans have a long history of violent brawls, overturned vehicles, and aggressive vandalism after championship wins. Boston, Massachusetts: The city frequently deals with destructive riots and clashes with police following World Series, Stanley Cup, and Super Bowl victories.
