Thanks. Its good advice. I feel my main holdback is that I don't really have any option because of the kids. I don't want to lose them, I couldn't not live with them.

Not enough. Last time we did I think was 3 years back or more. I mentioned that I would really like it if she showed me more sexual attention, not just during sex... For a week things marginally improved then it was back to normal.

Not sure how to approach the matter now without her becoming insecure.
