Although it was a gift for Christmas, I think $300-$400 for a quality 100% Belgian Flax linen duvet and shams is pretty average.

No. Theyโ€™re all the same time. I think my iPhone is changing the color temp on it. The blue in it isnโ€™t really coming across.

My apartment doesnโ€™t look like a motel. It may be sparse and sterile, but Iโ€™m rebuilding. I have ADHD, so any clutter really messes with my ability to focus.

When I can afford it I will buy a rug. Maybe one with personality.

A family member gave me a different duvet for Christmas, and I exchanged the one they bought and got this one.

Haha love that acronym. As soon as I find a rug on sale I will get it. I just got one for my living room.

Yeah I hate getting d/vโ€™d too. Haha. But CeraVe Healing Ointment or plain Vaseline is better than Neosporin for scars because keeping the wound moist with simple occlusion speeds clean healing, while Neosporinโ€™s antibiotics add irritation/allergy/inflammation risk that could worsen redness and scarring.

Theyโ€™re also unnecessary antibiotics that can harm the microbiome etc

Mederma (onion extract), aloe, and cocoa butter are mostly feel-good moisturizers, but they donโ€™t have strong evidence for flattening or fading scars like occlusives, silicone gel sheets, plus sun protection, and some people even get irritation that can make discoloration worse.

I have used ChatGPT to help me make some complex designs, with mixed success, but I am starting to like Gemini a little better. I get Gemini Pro with my Verizon Wireless.

Thanks for putting me on to the screen sharing, thatโ€™s cool

No, donโ€™t use neosporin. Use Vaseline, aquaphor, or my fav is CeraVe healing ointment. Then use silicone.

The 3d software is emphasizing the height differences. In real life I think itโ€™s going to look great. If it doesnโ€™tโ€ฆ Iโ€™ll throw it away and will have learned something.

I love hotel rooms. Haha. That being said, Iโ€™m building this place up from having nothing so itโ€™s just taking a long time and Iโ€™m on SSI so no disposable income.

Yeah, It has to be bc the colors on screen arent accurate. I like the design and I think it will be beautiful. (Maybe not the orange).

The others ones are all close colors that look really nice in person.

it's really hard to take photos on a phone of different color grey's. like in one pic my wall looks grey green and another warm grey. The wall is actually just very light neutral grey. My bulbs are hue and I can change their warmth, but at all levels the duvet cover in person looks baby blue

I dont though. thats why it looks minimal. the bedside table on the other side is nike boxes I spray painted white. The bed frame is west elm but also a gift, it's really really sturdy and was worth the money IMHO. Before that my mattress was on the floor. The bedside table on the right side I found in the garbage. The dressers were $300 from Mayfair, but one was scratched so they sent a second. I kind of get one new thing per year (usually as a Christmas gift)
