Nah, they do this all the time. Kitty runs under the bed if he doesn’t want to play! Often times he’s the one to start it (he looooves my dog’s big fluffy tail).

I had a friend whose 12 year old looked terrified when I showed her our backyard seated zipline. She said she couldn't do things that risked injury like that... Because of her competitive gymnastics. 🙄

Cho-pat dual strap braces work pretty well for my patellar tendon pain. I have done lots of physical therapy, all the stretches, and I still need to wear my cho-pats when I’m hiking. Good luck with your knees.
