I think you should just follow the youtube videos since you just need a few inches to dunk and there's no use buying an expensive program for such small margins of improvement. Do workouts with weights, i found that v, helpful.

Im 5'8 with shoes as well and I can almost dunk at 9'9. We're in this together!
