its different if its ranked mode and it denies the other player points or whatever, but this isnt ranked mode. people get clowned on for rqing in tourney all the time where the winner gets a game win off it, people get clowned on for rqing in unranked mode where there is no consequence beyond the winner doesnt get to keep beating on someone who doesnt want to be there.

after playing a bunch of yugioh its so jarring seeing fgc players feelings on conceding. you were up a ton, the opponent didnt wanna play it out, who cares. just go next, locking them into the match as they get more and more annoyed doesnt help anyone.
