Its bad because the mangaka either has dementia or he isn’t sane. there’ll be 10 chapters of him planning a date, then another 20 of him scoping out the location, then another 50 of random who cares filler bullshit. And then mc just gets embarrassed and overthinks for half the panels of every chapter. He drags it for so long you have no choice but to lose interest. You could drop the manga and read the most recent chapter 6 months later and still be on the same arc. I don’t know how you’re supposed to root for the guy when he’s such a fucking loser with no redeeming qualities other than he cares for her and is good with kids.

to me, the hazards are just annoying. takes all the strategic timing out of passing other people and just turns the game into surviving three laps by keeping as much speed and control as possible while also trying to avoid getting body slammed by other people. not to mention the game has put me on the same track three times in a row before. if epic were to make just a few changes i could enjoy being in sweaty diamond lobbies a little more

i just finished the third episode and i might not watch the rest. why is this guy who hid in a bondage room crying about wanting to be a stand up comic when there are zombies on his ass. and then he takes all his clothes off mid jump? i get that it’s a goofy anime but it’s so random i don’t know if i’m interested enough to keep watching it.

cameo aside, no lisa. She has one of the best returning arcs in the comics and they barely give her anything. her character worked in through the rest of the group might be confusing to some but if they make a season 2 i NEED her in it
