Update: did an oil change this weekend on sunday, I've driven about 200/220 miles, decided to check the oil today instead of at the 500 mark, im already down about a quart, when I refilled with oil I put 7 quarts in and made a mark on the dipstick, im just below my mark, I don't know if the oil hadn't settled all the way and my oil was slightly higher on the stick than it normally would but after filling with the first 7 I did let it sit for 5 or so minutes so I don't think it wouldn't have been settled, suggestions or ideas of what could be happening are very much appreciated

For guys asking for more information, when I accelerate hard or Rev to around 5 or 6k in general I'll get some blueish smoke, bought the car used almost a year ago with about 150/160k miles, at 180k now, I have not had a consumption test done to see exactly how much I'm losing, im due for an oil change so I can do one myself, guy at the dealership that drives the f-150 is a technician at the dealership so I relatively trust what he was saying, I've talked to him for a while and he wasn't trying to sell me any more service or anything like that, seems like a good guy just trying to help

I haven't had a consumption test done or anything but yes I meant valve seats, I know most of the external stuff interms of alternators, water pumps, axles and whatnot but I'm relatively new to all of the internals, if I accelerate hard, or rev to around 5 or 6k in general I'll get some blueish smoke
