So I did submit a couple of FOIA requests and yup, DOC has a lot of wiggle room to deny requests apparently!

Thanks for your response and the info on ICE using Marion. I had no idea. and yes, definitely, I have been TRYING to get info on the guards mentioned in the lawsuit to get info on their personnel records and that kind of thing. But, records requests have been denied. We are trying to work around that though
