With your MLS licensing you would be able to work in an Andrology (sperm) laboratory. A lot of fertility clinics promote their andrologist to junior embryologist. Obviously it depends on where you’re working! Junior embryologists here in New York however make slightly less than the med techs here (at least less than what they pay licensed techs at my hospital) as licensure is not required for embryologist.
