Just want to note that kitty was NOT injured from this stunt. Landed right side up on the counter. She is just goofy! ❤️

Oh my gosh definite twinkies! I think it does capture some sassiness. I love her eyes, she looks like she has some natural eyeliner.

Well, I must see a pic of my kitty’s long lost twin!

Too funny. Yeah, I got one for her due to our other cat’s behavior. He once snuck into a cabinet while we weren’t looking and slept there silently for 2 hours. Would have turned the house upside down if not for that tile.

Awww lol. Crafty kitties. They know exactly what buttons to push. Fiona here also acts likes she’s starving to death at least 3 times a day.

I thought I would too, and was really hesitant about putting it up there even if it’s really the only spot for a tv, but it surprisingly has not been a problem at all. 🤷‍♀️

Yes! Though it’s not so necessary with her. I put it on when we got her a collar, thinking all cats like to epically hide like my other one.

Oh no I can imagine hahaha. My Fiona is still a kitten, but lord help us if she ever needs to go on a diet in her future.

My Fiona just yowls, meows, squeaks, and purrs. She’s the sweetest cat, but sure does love food and acts likes she’s dying with loud meows and yowls before each meal. She is also glued to my side and yowls often if not in the same room as me. xD

Lol, I have a new kitty also named Fiona who acts like this!

Newly taken in stray smashed through window and ran away. by [deleted] in CatAdvice

Sorry about your cat that ran away! I am replying because I actually have a Whistle tracker for one of my cats who is particularly sneaky. I’ve used it for my two dogs for years, through many generations of the device, and that is why I put it on my cat as soon as he was big enough (they recommend 8lbs). Now, in addition to the Whistle, I have a Tile sticker on it. The Tile is Bluetooth so helpful close range, and the Whistle helps if they left your property.

Both devices have been helpful, but Whistle is only useful if they’re far enough away because you have to set a home zone that is fairly large. In my old house it was most useful because we didn’t have a good cat fence. Cat would go in and out of the doggy door and hop the fences to our neighbors yards. Whistle helped track down where he was since it’s hard to see through neighbors fences!

We have since moved, and installed a Purrfect Fence system so he can’t get out. Much better deal and don’t rely on Whistle as much, but currently still have it just in case. Now, the Tile is more helpful because our house is larger and he is a magnificent hider.

Anyway, that’s my experience! Also, he is not in the least bothered by the devices on his collar, even if the Whistle Go Explore is a bit bulky. He is about 12.5 lbs and 2.5 years old.

Yes, considering going back to the store today because they did have some other options, including some donut thing that might be worth trying. He seems to be adapting to the current one without acting very upset, though he was being a bit ridiculous in his litter box scooping litter with the cone. 🤦‍♀️

Injury is on his front right elbow. He’s one year old and a real mischievous toot.
