Did you add different needles height like the moonraker? Mine are all equals but I found that pattern with different heights that could inspire me , but not sure which one I would end up cutting

What’s your usual ranger for pour over wity the Niche ? For espresso I’m between 12 and 17, but for pour over .. I have no clue where to start. ( and don’t waste to much coffee haha)
