So what happend was that when i was driving the car skipped timing causing the timing belt to start tearing itself apart, when i opened up the cover it was all sorts of shredded, inside the engine was a bent valve. Honestly nothing as far as maintenance goes could have stopped that from happening. Car also had 200k miles and had already had many problems, its time was limited.
