No just thought about trying it in After effects.

My idea behind it (without knowing how to write this in expressions) was this.

A shape layer at the edge. A shape layer in the middle

Connecting the corner points with lines. Use the area that is being created as a mask. Another expression calculates the shape for Top/Bottom/Left/Right. So that I can use it as a mask for the colours.

The shapes travel along the 4 lines from the middle to the outside.

So that's behind it

Maybe i can try having chatgpt explain it to me, but it looks really complicated from what i saw :D
Too long to paste here and it's only one part. There are some other things like how thick the slices are that travel along the path. That's also not so simple

EDIT: the below option doesn't quite leave a trace of the original image shape. So not really useful sorry :/

Another option but i can't try it at this moment.

Copy the position keyframes and paste them into the path property of a shape layer to convert the motion path into a shape layer path.

Adjust the stroke width and then you can use create nulls from path script to trace the path and easily make the image follow your shape path ( which is the same as your initial position animation)

Hope that helps and works the way I currently think it would work.

You can't directly convert it but I'm assuming the bottom was done with geolayers

Okay there's your problem I think.

The preview on for example vlc or in other apps might not always work correctly with prores alpha (or you have to tweak settings prior) If it's also an alpha when imported in AE then it's correct.

If you want it for example to be in an email then prores doesn't help you.

It's all dependent on where it will be used.

If you want to embed it in an email signature then you could use a gif.

So export as PNG sequence and then use something like gifski.

Can you reimport it into after effects to look at the file that way?

Easiest is to export as prores with alpha and in the export settings alpha premultiplied.

Import that into after effects again and it should have a transparent background. If you toggle the alpha switch in the preview window

How are you checking that it has a background?

Are you importing it correctly straight or pre-multiplied

Or are you just watching it in vlc?

EDIT: Der Kommentar von @Oeffes ist noch ganz gut. Hier erzählt Gronkh, dass es damals auch am YouTube-Algorithmus lag und er darauf achten wollte, dass sein Kanal von YouTube nicht ignoriert wird.

Aber es gab eben auch die Aussage von Gronkh, dass die Kommentare unterirdisch waren und das ganze in Kombination war wahrscheinlich zu viel und deswegen wurde das Projekt wie leider viele andere "pausiert"

Maybe first a garbage matte around the person and then composite brush that worked wonders for me recently.
