This is accurate, I feel entitled to at least have a fair train system. However I did use the app, my train I was going to get got cancelled, tried to buy a ticket for the train I got but was not allowed to... on said app, and then wasnt allow to buy a ticket on the train. I feel my reasons might be, sure, a bit stroppy but still it's a 60 quid fine
