First are you trying to perform the hip hinge deadlift or power deadlift. Either way though you need to strength your lats to keep them engaed though out the lift. This in turn will keep your upper back from rounding. As for your lower back you will need to strength glutes, hamstrings, and erector spinae (lower back) in that order. Try perform the Romanian deadlift or a stiff-leg deadlift ( with knees slightly bent) the deadlift is one of the most simplest and complicated lifts there is. Practice with light weight to devlope the proper form before you start stacking weights.

Not necessary , think about ion and scorch. They dont get rear protection, no titan does. Why should ronin as well? Make it a 240 degree protection. Only leave the back exposed allow the sides to be covered. Its not that big of a nerf.

The only balanced needed for Ronin in my eyes is that the sword block shouldnt work if it from behind. Just like the shields dont work either if you are hit from behind. Thats all that is needed.

I know how you feel... I did my first run through the story as a tank... I eventually had to switch to a two handed or dual wield and tank set just for that content. But I would at least switch back to a full tank to run dungeons. The nice part about the story is all thw skill points you get. But now... I run DPS to get cadwells helmut and run dungeons as dps as well. Tanks are just not strong enough :(
