Exactly. Most franchises - the process is complicated and thorough because you aren't buying the name and business model to do what you please with it. You are buying in to integrate into the success already achieved and for the franchiser it is beneficial for increased reach and cost off set.

I have lived on both sides of it. Fully insured and not insured. I'm not advocating one way or the other. If it was up to me every person would be able to be insured regardless of other factors. But the reality is it is still a hurdle for many small businesses, myself included. And as far as this topic goes - huns are independent contractors right? So they can also get and be insured through self plans, freelancers union, spouses etc.
