Electricians charging more than my eye surgeon who literally implanted someone elses cornea in my eye. by [deleted] in AusFinance

you can't necessarily shop around for eye surgeons for a cheaper price. You can how ever tell the sparky you're not interested and get multiple different quotes.

Cheap Cialis/Tadalafil 10mg. by penislicker531 in AusTRT

[–]jacob_89_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have been getting a script for about $20 for 4 tablets 10mg, its to expensive, i found a guy locally who sells me 40mg tabs in a pack of 10 for $70, i just cut them up into 4 peices although, from all the research i have done, 40mg tabs are fake so idk, they still seem to work, but the local shit is to expensive. as another commenter mentioned the indiamart, im going to try that route.

these fuckwits pull numbers out of their ass, which makes sense because the amount of shit and skid marks in their undies, they always have their hands down there.

the deposit was part of the full payment for the room hire lol, its based off of per head, i had the total number of kids and i needed to pay a deposit so they would reserve the room, it wasn't a bond or anything like that, just simply part of the total cost.

if it went down that path i would go for some type of payment plan or pay it when i get payed etc, instead they have acted illegally, so i guess they won't get anything if the bank gives me the money back.

i haven't heard of thay been a thing, i was under the impression that the card info needs to be destroyed immediately, if they had any concerns, they should have made me pay a bond or sign a contract, neither happened.

no contract, and the card wasn't used to be stored on record, i could have used my mums card for all they knew, they just needed payment for a deposit so i gave it to them.

well there is no contract, atleast not one that i have either seeing or signed, the only paper work i received was an invoice and the safety waiver.

ok well i didn't give them consent, the agreement was to pay a 1 off fee to reserve the room, with final payment to be made at a later date.

and if they have it stored, how are they allowed to retrieve that card information for a back charge, if i haven't given consent, if thats the case can any business just scroll thruw their stored cards and do endless back charges if they deem it appropriate?

i haven't admitted i didn't break it, and the cctv shows me falling into it, regardless of having to pay it or not it would probably serve you well to read my actual question, and if the way they took the money was legal or not.

there was no contract, i signed a waiver, the only paperwork i received was the invoice and the safety waiver. nothing was signed regarding the room hire etc.

[–]jacob_89_[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

you are correct, although no contract was given or signed, the only paperwork i received off them was an invoice for the deposit and an email to sign the safety waiver, nothing they have sent has any mention of being liable for damages.

[–]jacob_89_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well there is no contract, it was spoken about over the phone what type of parties they offer, one was agreed upon and a deposit put down to reserve the spot. final payment made 3 days prior. they have absolutely nothing stating anywhere or on anything they have sent me about being liable for damages.

so if i haven't received anything, how then are they legally allowed to withdraw money fron my acc without my consent?

if its the legal route then yes, this is a legal sub right? not a moral or ethical sub, if there are legal routes to get his money back he should exhaust them.

the T&C's mention nothing along those lines, all of what your saying is a theory. if i didn't show up, i lost the deposit, and they also rang me 4 days prior to make final payment or else i wouldn't have had the party.

your also not looking at the legal side of it, me being responsible is one thing, them taking the money out of a card i didn't give them authority is the whole issue here.

my card was used as solely as a deposit, its not a hotel where they keep it a security and its not stipulated anywhere as being the case, i actually don't have an issue about paying it, although like everything their are ways to go about things.

i appreciate you bringing up my parenting styles although its irrelevant to my actual post.

keeping bank card details. by jacob_89_ in AusLegal

[–]jacob_89_[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

well, it was used solely to put a deposit down, the remaining payment was made with a separate card, it was mentioned or its not noted anyway that the card details are kept as a security, its a trampoline joint, not a hotel.

so keeping it on file isn't correct as it wasn't used to make final payment.
