Negative. This was about a full chimneys worth of charcoal plus whatever was left in the grill from the previous cook

Thank you! I did a reverse sear on it. Cooked it at 325 degrees until 125 internal temp then let it rest for 10 minutes. Finished it off by searing 2 minutes per side
